Serial entrepreneur Roslynn Alba Cobarrubias, originally from Walnut, CA, is a marketing advisor & dot connector for brands, individuals and companies as the Founder of ROS Marketing. Her purpose in life is to create memorable experiences so that people feel understood, valued & supported, encouraging a passion to helping others succeed. Envisioning a world where everyone has the confidence to overcome obstacles and have resilience against their own limiting beliefs, her mission is to inspire every person she encounters to overcome anxiety by connecting the dots in their personal journey, eliminating self-doubt, & following their heart by investing in what they love.

Roslynn has produced over 500 live events & editorial programs with artists and brands like Justin Timberlake, Jay-ZRihannaBruno MarsJustin Bieber, Drake, Miguel, Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, John Legend, AT&T, Budweiser, Coca Cola & Wendy’s. She previously helped market MySpace Music across the globe since it’s start up stage, where she spent a decade there as the Head of Artist Relations & Integrated Marketing, helping to launch MySpace Latino, Mexico & UK. She remained on staff during both sales to Fox for $580M & Specific Media for $35M with Justin Timberlake as investor.

Roslynn has been named one of Billboard Magazine’s Top 30 Music Industry Professionals alongside Spotify Founder Daniel Ek & Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun, The Source Magazine’s Power 30 alongside Diddy/Russell Simmons. She was most recently featured in Forbes, as the Co-Founder/Chief Marketing Officer of mydiveo, the largest network of video resumes in the world, that was acquired for $7.4 million by a top video & programmatic ad network. Through the sharing of talent discovery video profiles known as ‘diveos,’ mydiveo helped artists, individuals & brands collaborate, and assists companies like America’s Got Talent & the White House AAPI find, book & hire talent.

In her spare time she is a television host & producer for MyxTV, a cable TV network available in over 30 million homes via distributors like DirecTV, Spectrum, Comcast, & Sony Roku. She loves to motivate the youth through speaking at events like Tedx, SXSW, Google’s Phil Dev Summit, TFCU & UCLA, while also helping to produce community events like the LA Clippers Filipino Heritage Night. She’s currently working on developing youth creative  community & inspirational youth clothing line, @littlebgirls.
