Marketing took a visit to Yamashiro’s in Hollywood, to honor & shoot pinay Head @ChefVallerie for #WomensHistoryMonth for a new MYX show called “Making it in America.” After a year of surviving the pandemic with little to no clients & staff, the historic restaurant that’s been around for over 100 years has opened its doors again to outdoors seating, & 25 percent indoor occupancy. Wherever you are seated you’ll get a glimpse of the breakthanking view overlooking all of Los Angeles.

To celebrate the end of our bday month aka #MarchMadness, we complimented the 10 course meal of vegan sushi, siomai, soy garlic edamame, octopus, pork chops & pancit, chicken adobo with garlic rice, hot stone wagyu steak, lobster, bone marrow, & fried banana green tea dessert with @TanduayRum old fashions, Rum Sunset cocktails & @CasaMigos reposados.

@EATPLAYMOVELA is the first Filipino Angeleno Food Festival, it is a new kind of Filipino American inspired event held to benefit its organizing non-profit organization, the Filipino American Heritage Movement of Los Angeles. #FAHMLA encourages Filipino American businesses and economic growth in LA.
