This year marks the first time an international Philippines born rapper, (currently residing in Las Vegas) will take the center court stage after breaking the internet with the performance of his song, “Panalo” (Win) on the Wish Bus USA in Hollywood, CA. The performance shocked the world with 75M + plays alone. The Wish Bus is one of the most credible digital musical platforms in the world, where YouTube reactors from every part of the world wait to discover new talented artists to share with their global audiences.

Once Ez Mil rapped in 3 different languages (later 4 including the Manny Pacquiao “Panalo” remix that added a Visayan verse) on one song – the world understood it was witnessing history in the making even if they didn’t understand what he was saying due to not speaking the languages – the energy in his voice, the passion in his eyes and lyrical cadence impressed millions – literally.

120M+ Filipinos around the globe shared the video in text messages, social media sites and to family and friends because it was the FIRST time in history an artist was rapping in every major dialect of the Philippines – not just Tagalog (Filipino), but also Ilocano and Visayan, added to the existing amazing Eminem / Texh N9ne like lyricist skill set he has, these skills have never been seen before from an Asian artist – let alone a Filipino one.

The “Panalo” lyrics struck a chord not just for Filipinos, but Hip Hop fans worldwide – Ez referenced ASAP Rocky, Kendrick & Eminem as artists he looked up to while delivering powerful lines like “I’ve been living in Spain – but the letter S is silent” – which some reactors say is in reference to millions of Filipinos that were colonized by Spain for many years – a reason why darker Filipinos were treated different and why some say skin bleaching is still one of the top products of the country.

Yet – Ez also talks about being light skinned and criticized for being “Pinoy” for his complexion that looks of a mixed European as well and he snap backs and says no matter the color of his skin he is a proud Pinoy on the memorable anthem.

The song “Panalo” is powerful because it addresses a taboo subject not spoken publicly for years – Ez’s love for hip hop also shows a deep appreciation for Black culture and he later talks about learning what certain words like “negro” mean for people outside the Philippines like he did on his Power 106 “On the 8th” freestyle.

In the islands, the word “negro” is sometimes used to describe a group of people, but when migrating to the US, he quickly learned of how the word is misused by racists and was adamant to let people know that he doesn’t support racism or colorism of any kind – even as a light skinned person himself.

A true hero to music fans around the world for speaking the truth always thru his music. Coming from a musical family – his parents instilled the importance of always staying true to your craft and they both provide A&R support. His musical mom and FFP Records manager, Hazel Miller, is the one that mentioned to Ez to include the Carinosa sample in Panalo to add authenticity to the powerful song.

Additional surprise guests TBA and tickets are already sold out in several sections.
