WHAT YOU WILL WIN:

1. June 12-June 15, 2014

4 Day / 3 Night Trip for Winner and if applicable, for each group member featured in Winner’s Video (each a “Group Member”) (up to a maximum of 4 members) to attend the 2014 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee.

2. Opportunity to play LIVE on the Cage Stage and the Ford Garage Stage at the festival on a date TBD.

3. Prize also includes Roundtrip Air or Ground for each group member to Nashville, TN, ground transportation to/from hotel and to/from festival

HOW TO ENTER/NEXT STEPS:

1. Create You Tube Account or Log In To Existing Account

2. Upload an original performance video to the existing or new YouTube account featuring artist (solo or as part of a group) performing an original song, which must also include a short statement as to what it would mean for the band/artist to win a performance at the 2014 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival.

3. Visit www.whatstrending.com/escapetobonnaroo to fill out submission information, place the YouTube Video URL in the submission and accept the contest rules.

ENTRY MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5/30/2014 at 11:59PM EST

Limit 1 entry per day.

4. Band/Artist submitting entry must include VALID/CURRENT email address AND phone number as that is how they will be contacted IF qualified for finals. The band/artist will have a limited window to reply or will be forfeited.

5. To increase awareness by the celebrity judges, artist or band is encouraged to get their friends online to share, comment and like it to get the video to the top of the social leaderboard.

6. The winning band will be chosen from the leaderboard during a very special livestream from YouTube Space LA. Ford will then fly the winning band or artists (5 person group max) out to perform on one of the stages for a once in a lifetime experience.
