DJ Mick Boogie’s concept:

They say rappers all want to be ballplayers, and vice versa. Well, in the real world… deejays want to be tech stars and tech icons want to rock the party.

Or at least that’s the case for us – Mick Boogie (soon to be simply… Mick… stay tuned!) and Tristan Walker. When he isn’t deejaying somewhere in the world, Mick is quickly becoming a legitimate player in the tech world by creating and investing in start-ups such as Mixstream, Stublisher and Localeur. Tristan has turned the tech world upside down – infusing new and creative ideas at iconic companies such as Foursquare, Andreessen Horowitz, and CODE2040 – and is one of the best up-and-coming deejays in the Bay Area.

It was only a matter of time until they collaborated on something big, and now it’s here. Just in time for SXSWi – Mick Boogie & Tristan Walker present to you Interactive – 2013, a customized mixtape curated by some of the biggest names in the tech and entrepreneurial spaces.

p.s. I had no idea what he was doing when he said “What’s your favorite song of ALL time” – but I get it now! Sneaky!
